Delek US Holdings Has Much In Store

Plenty is in store these days for Delek US Holdings Inc.
The parent company of Mapco Express and Mapco Mart convenience stores purchased 107 additional stores from a Georgia company in February 2007. The acquisition of these 107 Favorite Markets brings Delek’s store total to more than 500.
Delek also is in the process of providing facelifts to many of its existing Mapco sites, and it become a publicly traded company on the New York Stork Exchange in May 2006. In addition, in 2007 the company moved into a new headquarters building off Moores Lane just west of Interstate 65 in Brentwood.
The company, a unit of Israel’s Delek Group Ltd., also owns and operates a petroleum refinery in Tyler, Texas.
